After running all your spyware programs, Search and Destroy and Adaware you'll notice that a folder called Bullseye Network pops up everytime you run explorer. Here is how to fake out the program:

I tried everything "except formating my drive" what I did which seems to work is. clt alt del to stop bargain from running open all the files in the bullseye network folder with notepad (you have to disable the bargain everytime you open up explorer though) delete all the characters in each file and save them all as read only. Since this that damn dog (Bargain Buddy) went away.
