Celebrate the theme of the heart with various subjects artists are attracted to with a visual potpourri of works in media such as watercolor, acrylic, oil, collage, photography & more.

Winter is challenging to get around... so this year the Feng Shui Discussion Group comes to you!!!

Starting Tuesday evenings Jan 24th through March 6th (no class Feb 21) from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Joanne LaLiberte, Holistic Health Practitioner & Reiki Master/Teacher, will be discussing Feng Shui -- the art of designing & arranging your home for simplicity & energy flow. After some instruction, we will be choosing a room each week and creating a sketch of its current design so that we can use these examples in our discussion. This is creating your own Feng Shui design while you learn. Booklovers' Gourmet is a perfect place to hold these sessions as there will be books available to purchase as well as coffees, teas & great munchies to make this evening a wonderful Night Out. Cost is $7/person/evening -- you may pay in up front to hold your place but we will accept drop-ins if room permits. Seating is limited so if you want to be guaranteed a spot, please consider reserving for the entire series.

The beginning of the year and the limitations of wintry weather are a perfect time to renew the energy of your home. With each week we will leave with creative ideas of how to modify a room, either a little bit or a lot, to make the spaces we live in feel refreshed & inviting. Maybe some of you will choose to change wall color or re-position a bed or seating. Talking about our individual spaces is very personal and brings everyone together as we work with laughter, creativity and caring on each of our living spaces. Encourage a friend to join you and make it a special event. It is a great excuse for enjoying each others company.

This is the first class offered by Joanne at Booklovers' Gourmet and we would be glad to offer more if there is enough interest.
