Dennis is home to some of the most beautiful and picturesque beaches on Cape Cod. Weekly or seasonal beach parking passes can be purchased at the Dennis Town Hall located at 485 Main Street, South Dennis. Phone: 508.394.8300

Summer waves crash upon the rocks at Corporation Beach-only 1/2 a mile away. This beach is known for nearly tripling in size when the tide goes out.

Viewing the sunset at Mayflower Beach or Chapin Beach is a popular pastime among locals and vacationers alike. The colors and views are spectacular. Corporation and Mayflower Beaches have handicap and sanitary facilities. Lifeguards are on duty from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Snack bars and plentiful parking are available at each location.

Directions - Scargo Cottage# 4 : 952 Route 6A - Dennis, MA
From Boston and Points North: Take Route 3 South to the Sagamore Bridge. Cross the bridge, taking Route 6 to Exit 9B. (The off-ramp spills onto Rt. 134.) Take Rt. 134 north until you reach a light at Rt. 6A. Take a left onto 6A. Once you see Grumpy's on the right, you're approximately a mile away. Look for a white split- rail fence on right. Take a right immediately after the fence but before the stone post.
From Points West and South: Take Route 495 South to Route 25 East, to the Bourne Bridge. Cross the bridge, and proceed around rotary, then follow signs along Cape Cod Canal to Route 6 East. At the first traffic light, turn right, onto Route 6 (divided highway) and proceed to Exit 9B. (The off-ramp spills onto Rt. 134.) Take Rt. 134 north until you reach a light at Rt. 6A. Take a left onto 6A. Once you see Grumpy's on the right, you're approximately a mile away. Look for a white split- rail fence on right. Take a right immediately after the fence but before the stone post.
